How ordering works

  • 1. Request the line sheet

    Use the form below or email info@hitideglassworks.com. In Washington, our rep Austin Bone will come by.

  • 2. Fill in quantities

    No minimum. Order one of anything, or a full display. The order form calculates your price tier automatically.

  • 3. We ship in 5 business days

    USPS or UPS. Payment due on receipt by card or Venmo. No sales tax with a resale ID on file.

Terms, in plain English

Minimum order

None. Order one of anything. Volume pricing starts at 24 units within a product family, and you can mix colors within the family to reach the next break.

Pricing

Wholesale starts at 50% off MSRP and improves with volume. Request the line sheet below for the current tier schedule.

Payment

Credit card or Venmo, due on receipt of your order.

Shipping

Within 5 business days of your order, via USPS or UPS. Shipping is assessed at the time of order.

Breakage

Inspect on arrival. Anything broken in transit, send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it.

Returns

All sales final beyond transit damage.

Retail pricing

We ask wholesale partners to honor Hitide's suggested retail pricing.

Sales tax

Not charged on wholesale orders. Provide a resale or tax ID and no tax is applied.
