Hitide Glassworks LLC will NOT be held liable for any illegal activity, legal recourse, or lawyer’s fees resulting from the purchase and/or use of any of our products. Any employee or contractor affiliated with a  government agency must identify their employer and identity to Hitide Glassworks LLC upon entering the site, and when ordering any products from our site.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE

Certain products for sale on this site may not be legal in all states/countries. All customers should check the laws of their state/country before purchasing.


BY USING THIS SITE, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR CONSENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS:


If your order arrives broken or damaged, please take photos of the damaged or broken item next to your package with the shipping label visible. Broken or Damaged items must be reported within one week (7 days) to be eligible for replacement.  Email the above information to info@hitideglassworks and we will process your replacement pieces as quickly as we can.


MISSING ITEMS
:

If an item is missing from your order Please email info@hitideglassworks.com with a photo of your invoice and an explanation of what was missing. Missing items must be reported within one week (7 days) to be eligible for a replacement. Our shipping department films every order being packed so we can verify that the invoice should match the shipment. We’re happy to share that footage to help reconcile missing items if needed.


INCORRECT ITEMS:


If you receive the product you did not order please send a photo of the shipment content along with a photo of your invoice to info@hitideglassworks.com Incorrect items must be reported within one week (7 days) to be eligible for a replacement.  Once the error is confirmed, we will process your replacement pieces as quickly as we can.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS:


A defect is anything that compromises the integrity of the piece and causes it to leak or break. (Example include: Cracks, Leaks, Faulty welds or ill-fitting joints)

Our products are handblown glass, and some of their dimensions may vary from item to item. Some minor aesthetic defects fall within our acceptable quality standards and will not be eligible for replacements or refunds

Hand blown Glass is fragile and should be treated with caution. Please store your Hitide glassworks pieces in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. (if you drop glass on the ground and it breaks, that is not unusual)

Please email info@hitideglassworks.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may ask you to send us a picture or video. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the piece.


LEGAL DISCLAIMER:

The shipping of any item that has been used with cannabis products across state lines or within the state of Texas is strictly illegal. Hitide Glassworks will not receive back any piece that has been used, regardless of what substances it has been used with. Thoroughly cleaned pieces are no exception, as they may still carry trace residue. If you think you'll need to return a piece for any reason, please contact us BEFORE using it.

AREA OF SERVICE:

HitideGlassworks.com ships to the 50 United States. We do not currently ship outside of the USA. We are currently working to expand our shipping options. If you are located outside the US, contact us at info@hitideglassworks.com and will keep you updated if/when we offer service to your area.



SHIPPING OPTIONS:

All Hitideglassworks.com orders are shipped using Fedex, USPS or UPS. order in the continental USA are sent ground and typically take 3-5 days from the date of shipping to be delivered. For customers in the lower 48 states, Hitideglassworks.com charges a flat rate of $4.99 per order, which includes all shipping, handling, and quality control costs. We also offer 2-Day expedited shipping for an additional fee. If you’d like 2-Day expedited shipping please make that note on our order and we’ll advise on what that additional cost will be.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged whatever Fedex, USPS or UPS quotes as the rate for shipping to their address. 



LEAD TIME:

Hitideglassworks.com in stock orders typically ship within 2-4 business days from the time an order is submitted. However, if an item is out of stock or has to be custom made, lead times may vary. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. You’ll receive a separate email when the order is ready to ship, including the tracking number for your order. All HItideglassworks.com orders are shipped from Medford Oregon.



PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Hitideglassworks.com accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payment will be authorized and charged at the time you submit your order. If the payment authorization fails, your order will automatically be canceled, and you’ll be prompted to re-enter the card information or provide an alternative form of payment. No order will be shipped until payment is taken successfully.
