We take pride in our quality control and packaging standards, and it’s very rare that a product should arrive broken or damaged. That being said, all things are possible, and in the event that you want to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below. LEGAL DISCLAIMER: While it should go without saying, the shipping of any piece that has been used with cannabis products across state lines or within the state of Texas is strictly illegal. Given the risk, Hitide Glassworks will not receive back any piece that has been used, regardless of what substances it has been used with. Thoroughly cleaned pieces are no exception, as they may still carry trace residue and it's not worth the risk. If you think you'll need to return a piece for any reason, contact Hitide Glassworks immediately before using it.

🧼 Step-by-Step Cleaning for Liquid-Filled Pipes:
🟣 1. Clean the Bowl and Mouthpiece (External Only)
Remove any loose debris (tap it out gently).
Dampen a cotton swab or soft pipe cleaner with warm soapy water.
Carefully wipe out the bowl and inside the mouthpiece stem.
Use a dry swab to clean out any remaining moisture.
If needed, you can use a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol on the bowl only, but avoid letting it run onto or inside the body of the pipe.
🟠 2. Clean the Exterior
Mix warm water + mild dish soap in a bowl.
Dip a soft cloth or toothbrush in the solution and gently scrub the outer glass to clean fingerprints, residue, etc.
Avoid getting soapy water into the airholes or inside the pipe's internal sealed section.
Wipe dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
🔵 3. If the Airhole or Stem is Clogged
Use a soft pipe cleaner (no metal tips!) to gently loosen debris inside the smoke channel.
Don’t jam anything deep into the stem—it could put pressure on the sealed liquid cavity.
Here’s the short and sweet answer. If you receive a broken item, we’ll replace it. If something is missing from your order we’ll replace it. If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll replace it. And if a Hitide product is defective and you report that defect in the first 6 months of owning it, we'll settle the issue with store credit.
